• It can be founded by an individual or a company.
• The minimum liability is 200 000 CZK.
• It takes around two months to create one.
• The supreme statutory body of the SRO is the general assembly.
• The other statutory body is the executive. He is in charge of the management of the company and can decide on all the questions that are not under the authority of the general assembly.
